Disney Magic Kingdom

While working on Disney Magic Kingdoms, I collaborated directly with both Disney Parks and Disney’s internal creative teams to align visual direction, ensure brand fidelity, and help the 2D and 3D art teams deliver high-quality assets on a tight production schedule.

My role focused on bridging creative expectations between licensors and the internal studio. I worked closely with Disney’s brand and licensing partners to secure approvals, clarify feedback loops, and ensure that all character and park assets met their exacting standards—while still supporting gameplay needs and performance constraints.

Internally, I guided the art team through a demanding release timeline, supporting production by refining pipelines, establishing visual targets, and clarifying deliverables across departments. I created visual references, developed asset review structures, and supported communication between creative, production, and licensor channels.

This process-driven collaboration helped keep the game on track for launch, maintained a high standard of Disney-authentic design, and gave both the internal team and Disney stakeholders confidence in the final product.
